This is a somewhat more considered thank you for providing us with a magical wedding and holiday in Samoa.Please feel free to use this for your website, and we would be more than happy to talk with anyone considering a wedding or holiday at Seabreeze.

We wanted a relatively simple ceremony on the beach with family and friends, albeit within the stunning Samoan landscape and infused with the warmth and richness of Samoan culture. You assisted us to experience this and so much more, with minimal stress for us but much professionalism and commitment to detail from you.

From the moment we arrived at Seabreeze we felt as though we were both honoured guests and part of the 'family'.  The unexpected gestures of generosity from the Samoan staff, including their gift of song and dance on the evening of the wedding, touched us deeply. Seabreeze must be one of the most beautiful places on earth, and the luxury of having the resort to ourselves  for the wedding enabled everyone to totally relax.

You have indeed created a paradise at Seabreeze, with excellent accommodation, fine food and a stunning landscape. Warm, clear water, snorkelling and canoeing amused us when we tired of lazing in the hammock, and the surrounds offer plenty of activities and sightseeing if one feels inclined to leave the resort. You both, along with your wonderful staff, have managed to achieve that magical blend of informality and quality, professionalism and warmth, privacy and fun.

There is no doubt that we will return to enjoy the unique Seabreeze ambience again.

The Seabreeze Resort has joined our family memory book. We first stayed with Wendy and Chris Booth in June 2007 to visit our son serving in the U.S. Peace Corps in Samoa. When it came time to choose a location for our son's wedding in May 2008 to his Samoan financee, there was no question who would host the celebration. (The proposal also occurred at the Seabreeze on New Year's Eve).

Seabreeze wonderfully combines Western amenities with the Samoan culture and tropical environment. Private, crystal clear warm lagoon, coral, soft breezes, hammocks, kayaks, serenity. No stuffy overbearing western resort feel.

Staying with Wendy and Chris is like visiting with best friends. Comfortable, easy going, unwind. The rooms are comfortably elegant (or maybe elegantly comfortable) with A/C or sea breezes (your choice).

The wedding on the beach was truly memorable. Dual language, native flowers, tropical colors in the clothing, and a 3 course dinner for 45 people that was world-class. The videographer and photographer did excellent jobs. We had a wonderful time blending our American and Samoan families. Our 25 and 27 year old sons love the Seabreeze too. Wendy and Chris - how can we ever thank you enough for creating such a magical day!!!

If you are looking for a large, action packed Western style resort, go elsewhere. If a small boutique piece of paradise feels like your spot, Seabreeze is the place. A great value - reasonably priced.  A bit off the beaten path, but well worth the trip.

I'm sorry this email has not arrived much sooner! Many excuses such as Settling into married life and catching up on farm work after our fabulous break away!

I can't thank you enough for facilitating the most perfect wedding day a couple ever dream of having! I'm just so glad Vanya put us in touch with you in the first place, as organizing our wedding with you could not have gone better.

Organizing the wedding over email before we left was just so easy and having you organize the paperwork, the celebrant, the flowers etc etc was ideal - no stress (for us anyway!). By the time we arrived in Samoa we had absolutely nothing left to organize or worry about, so we were able to spend that week just relaxing on the beach with our friends and family it was So wonderful. Your accommodation was luxurious (especially after staying in fale accommodation!), very comfortable and perfect for our needs. The whole wedding ceremony went beautifully, it’s uniqueness will stay with us forever. I'm so glad you talked us into having our warriors!! They were just spectacular and really added some drama and special island flavor to the ceremony. The reception was also perfect; what an unbelievably amazing setting out over the water with the islands dotted behind!

Great food, plenty of booze and thanks for letting us stay up late dancing! I hope I haven't left anything out.

Overall I think the special atmosphere at Seabreeze really made the difference - we felt so welcomed and looked after by you and your staff, it was very personal and warm and I'm sure we gained so much when we decided against having our wedding at a bigger resort.

So thank you Chris and Wendy and everyone at Seabreeze and beyond who made our wedding so special, happy, stress-free and simply unforgettable!

Photos are still being organized, I will send you a cd hot off the press as soon as that happens! Or to your brochure man, in Auckland I think it was, if it's not too late. We have a cute one of Lucy and Bobbi!

Thanks for your traveling advice for our honeymoon too, we had a fantastic time exploring Savaii but nothing quite compared to our stay at Lalomanu and Seabreeze - the best by far!!
